Terms of attendance

These terms apply to seats and hours booked with Pilot Core Strategy School at 54 Tamar Mepe Avenue, Gori, Georgia. By asking us to hold a chair, you agree to this page and to the refund note.

What we provide

We provide classroom instruction in risk-managed trade planning: facilitated table work, printed planning sheets listed with each offer, and instructor critique of written plans. We do not execute trades, hold client funds, offer investment advice tailored as a personal recommendation under a licence we do not claim, or operate a brokerage.

Your work

You remain responsible for any trading you do outside the room. Classroom examples use historical or anonymised pages. Nothing said at the table is an instruction to buy or sell a named instrument.

Booking

A seat is held when the desk confirms in writing (email or SMS) after your enquiry. Confirmation may ask for a deposit as described on the refund page. Until confirmation, an enquiry is only a request.

Conduct

Phones stay in bags during table work unless an instructor asks for a calculator. Recording of other students is not allowed. Journal circle pages are anonymised; identifying another attendee outside the room is grounds for ending the remaining evenings without a refund of unused sessions if the breach is serious.

Materials

Sheets handed to you in class are yours to keep. You may not photocopy another student’s journal for use outside the circle. Instructors’ example pages stay in the room unless marked as a take-home.

Language and access

This website is written in English. Confirm spoken language for your intake with the desk. The rooms are on Tamar Mepe Avenue; write ahead if you need help with stairs or seating.

Changes to class time

If an instructor is ill, we offer a new evening or a credit toward a later intake. We will not replace a cancelled Tuesday with an unscheduled weekend without your agreement.

Liability

We are responsible for running the session we confirmed, in a reasonably safe room. We are not responsible for trading losses, travel delays, or decisions you make after class. Mandatory rights under Georgian law are not limited by this paragraph.
