Refunds for classroom seats

This page covers fees paid to Pilot Core Strategy School for in-person instruction in Gori. We do not sell shipped kits, recorded course libraries, or software licences, so those models are not discussed here. There is no payment checkout on this website; when money changes hands it is arranged with the desk after a confirmed seat.

Who may ask

The person named on the confirmation, or a parent or guardian if the attendee is a minor accompanying an adult by prior agreement. Write desk@panel-pilotcore.click or call +995 599 120 348 and name the offer, the date, and how you paid the desk.

Timeframe

Ask within fourteen days of the original payment date if you have not yet sat any hour of that booking. After the first attended hour of a cohort, refunds become partial as set out below. Workshop and circle fees follow the shorter windows in their sections because the event is a single sitting.

Risk Plan Studio (six evenings)

A deposit of GEL 80 may be asked to hold a Tuesday chair. The deposit is credited toward GEL 480. If you cancel more than seven days before the first evening, the deposit returns in full. If you cancel inside seven days, the deposit is kept for the empty chair; any balance already paid above GEL 80 is returned. After the first evening you attend, remaining unused evenings can be refunded at GEL 60 each if you withdraw in writing before the next Tuesday, minus sheets already issued. Evenings you miss without notice are not refunded.

Private plan clinic (ninety minutes)

Cancel or reschedule at least twenty-four hours before the appointment for a full refund or a new hour at no extra fee, once per booking. Inside twenty-four hours, or a no-show, the session fee is kept. If you arrive without a written plan, the hour still runs as a planning-start session; we will not refund for that mismatch, but we will say in advance that the cohort is the better first step if your enquiry shows a blank page.

Position-size workshop (Saturday)

Cancel more than three days before the Saturday for a full refund. Inside three days we may offer a later Saturday instead of money. If you miss the morning, the fee is not returned because the table was held. Printed worksheets taken home are yours; we do not buy them back.

Journal review circle

Drop-in evenings can be cancelled until noon on the Thursday for a full refund. After noon, or a no-show, the GEL 70 is kept. We do not refund because a photocopied page was skipped for confidentiality; that is how the circle is run.

Partial refunds

Partial refunds apply when part of a cohort is unused and notice is given as above. They do not apply to a workshop or circle that already happened. We do not pro-rate tea or room heat as separate lines.

Non-refundable items

Printed planning sheets and size cards once handed to you. A deposit kept under the seven-day studio rule. A clinic or circle missed without timely notice. Work already delivered: a completed ninety-minute critique cannot be unwound as if it had not occurred.

Work already started

If a clinic has begun, the fee for that hour is earned. If a cohort evening has begun, that evening is earned even if you leave at the break.

Purchased materials

We do not sell extra packs on this site. If the desk later sells a spare worksheet pad, opened pads are not refundable; unopened pads returned within seven days of purchase can be refunded.

Process and timing

Send the request with your confirmation note. We reply within five working days. Approved refunds are sent by the same method the desk received (bank transfer or cash receipt as recorded) within ten working days after approval. We do not refund onto a card we never charged, because this site never charged a card.

Rescheduling

Studio intakes can be moved once to the next confirmed Tuesday group if you write before week two and if a chair exists. Clinics reschedule under the twenty-four-hour rule. We do not guarantee a preferred Saturday.

Deposits

Deposits exist only to hold scarce table space. They are not a separate product. Unused deposits follow the studio rules above.

Exceptions

If we cancel a session, you choose a new date or a full refund of the affected fee, including deposits for a studio we cannot run. Documented illness that keeps you from the first studio evening may shift your deposit to a later intake at the desk’s discretion. Rights you have under Georgian consumer law remain available where they apply.
