Privacy note

This note describes how Pilot Core Strategy School, 54 Tamar Mepe Avenue, Gori, Georgia, handles information you give us when you write, call, or sit a class.

What we collect

From an enquiry form: name, email, optional phone number, the offer you selected, and your message. From a confirmed seat: attendance, which printed sheets you received, and notes you ask us to keep for a clinic. We do not ask for brokerage logins or account numbers.

Why we hold it

We use enquiry data to reply and to hold a chair. We use attendance data to run the room and to apply refund rules. We do not sell lists. We do not use your journal pages in marketing without a separate written yes.

Where it sits

Desk notes are kept by the school in Gori. Email is stored with our mail provider. This website is a static classroom brochure; the contact form posts to a mock endpoint on the site for demonstration of the send state. Treat anything you type as visible to the desk once a real intake is confirmed by phone or email.

Cookies and local storage

If you accept the banner, we store a single key named pilotcore_cookie_consent in localStorage so the banner stays closed. Rejecting still stores that choice so we do not keep asking. No advertising pixels are loaded by this site. See the cookie page for detail.

Photos

We do not photograph students as a matter of course. If we ever want a classroom picture, we will ask on paper that evening.

How long

Enquiry notes that do not become a booking are deleted within twelve months. Attendance lists for a finished cohort are kept up to three years for refund disputes and then reduced to a name and year unless law requires longer.
