Mark the risk before you mark the chart.

Pilot Core is a small school in Gori for people who already watch markets and still size by mood. We teach a written plan: units, invalidation, and the note you will keep if the idea is wrong.

Risk Plan Studio

Six Tuesday evenings at the Gori rooms. You bring one idea on paper each week. We do not sell signals, software, or a brokerage. We sit with size and invalidation until both can be read by a stranger.

Week one maps account units. Weeks two and three write exits in plain language. Later weeks rehearse what happens when price tags that line. The last evening is a supervised review of three of your own plans.

Private plan clinic

A ninety-minute table session for one trader who already has a draft plan and needs a second pair of eyes on size and invalidation.

Position-size workshop

A Saturday morning workshop that treats position size as arithmetic you can check at the table, not a feeling you negotiate after entry.

Journal review circle

A small evening circle that reads trade journals the way a studio reads drafts: for honesty of the plan, not for a scoreboard.

Notes from people who sat the tables

These are comments we were given permission to print. They are not rankings and not a promise that your week will look the same.

Giorgi M. · Risk Plan Studio, autumn intake
They would not start until I had a sentence for the exit. I was annoyed for ten minutes and then I had a plan I could actually follow.
Ana K. · Private plan clinic
The worksheet is almost rude in how simple it is. I still keep the three cards in the same notebook I bring to Gori.

Classes meet at 54 Tamar Mepe Avenue. The door opens fifteen minutes early so you can set out paper before the first prompt. We keep phones in bags during table work.

Write invalidation before you draw the line

In Gori we ask students to name the condition that ends the idea in a sentence, then mark the chart. The order matters more than the ink.

Position size is table arithmetic

If size is decided after you are already in, it is not a plan. It is a bargain. The Saturday workshop exists to make the arithmetic boring.

A weekly plan beats a morning hunch

Evening cohorts in Gori write the week on Thursday. Monday then becomes execution of a page, not a hunt for a feeling.
