How we review a plan that lost

We do not clap for winning weeks and we do not hold a wake for losing ones. We ask whether the written plan was followed. If yes, we look at whether the invalidation sentence was clear enough to act on. If no, we look at where the hand left the page.

Rewriting history is the most common failure in our photocopies. The original thesis said “hold above the Tuesday low.” The review says “the market was messy.” Messy is not a condition. It is a mood. We send the writer back to the original sentence.

Private clinics spend most of their ninety minutes on this gap. People want a new method. They usually need a better record of the method they already claim to use.

If you sit the circle, bring a page you are willing to see in photocopy, with names and account numbers removed. We shred copies at the end of the evening. The habit of an honest review is what you take home.
